Privacy Policy
Public preview · November 4, 2026
1. Who is responsible
Aurets is a product concept owned by Joaico. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@aurets.com. This policy describes the current public preview, saved requests, and demonstrations. It does not describe a future money transfer service.
2. Information you choose to send
If you send an email, Joaico may receive your email address and the information you include. The business contact form prepares a message in your own email application; you must review and send it there. The website does not automatically submit that form to an Aurets server. Avoid sending passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, or financial account information.
3. Demonstration and device data
Demo balances, recipient entries and transaction activity are held temporarily in the page and reset on reload. They are simulations. The installed web demo may cache site files on your device through a service worker. You can remove installed site data using your browser or device settings. The QR demonstration asks for camera access only when you select the scan option; scanning runs in the browser and camera access can be stopped or denied. Do not use real personal information in the demo.
4. Hosting and market-price requests
Hosting and access providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and request information in order to operate, secure and provide access to the site. The demo asks CoinGecko for market reference prices directly from your browser; CoinGecko may receive your IP address and request information under its own policies. Your demo payment details are not included in that price request. Your email provider and Namecheap may process messages you choose to send. Their own policies and retention practices apply.
5. How information may be used or shared
Information you send may be used to respond to your inquiry, support the service, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. Relevant service providers may process information to provide hosting, email or other services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address security or legal matters. This preview does not include a live advertising or payment integration.
6. Retention and your choices
Emails and operational records may be retained as needed for their purpose, security, or applicable legal obligations; retention periods depend on the service and circumstances. You may ask about access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@aurets.com. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
7. Children
The current preview is not a child account service and does not offer guardian controls. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through the demonstration. If you believe a child’s personal information has been sent to us, contact us so we can review the situation. Any future child-facing service would require its own safeguards and applicable parental-consent processes.
8. Changes
This policy must be updated as the product, providers, and data practices change, especially before bank connections, wallets, payment accounts, payments, or children’s features are introduced.
Accounts and saved requests
The saved-request feature uses the site-specific identifier supplied by Sign in with ChatGPT to associate requests with your account. Your sign-in email may be displayed to you; it is not included in shared requests. We store the display name, requested USD amount, optional note, creation and expiry dates, cancellation status, and retry identifiers in hosted storage. These records persist across refreshes and devices. A request link exposes its name, amount, note, dates, and status to anyone holding the link . Cancelling changes its status; it does not delete the record. Expiry also does not delete the record. Do not place sensitive information in names or notes. Contact hello@aurets.com for deletion requests. QR images are generated by Aurets without sending your request to a third-party QR service.
Canton development status
The Canton development page shows contract verification results and connection availability. It does not connect a customer wallet, collect wallet keys, or accept bank information. A configured server-side ledger read credential is not sent to visitors. The local prototype uses test parties only; shared-network transaction processing is not enabled.
Optional Canton wallet connection
If you choose Connect Canton wallet, the Canton dApp SDK opens a compatible wallet selection and connection flow. Your chosen provider may process the connection and return approved party identifiers, network information, and session credentials to your browser. The SDK may store session information in browser storage. The account details shown by Aurets stay in the page and are not submitted to Aurets' server by this connection feature. Disconnect in Aurets and revoke access in your wallet when appropriate. This feature does not submit a token transaction or request a signature; no seed phrase or private key is collected.
